2. AI-generated content

Readings are generated by AI (Google Gemini). The output is creative interpretation, not factual prediction. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that the same prompt will produce the same result twice. Use your judgment.

3. Account & subscriptions

You may subscribe to daily readings via browser push, Telegram, or email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message. We may pause delivery if your endpoint is invalid (e.g. email bouncing).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our generated content at scale without written permission.
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Bypass rate limits or attempt to overload our infrastructure.

5. Paid plans (if applicable)

Pro and Lifetime subscriptions, where offered, are billed through Stripe. Pricing is shown at checkout. You can cancel recurring subscriptions any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion — email hello@horoscopic.life within 14 days of purchase if you're not happy.

6. Intellectual property

The Aether name, logo, design, code, illustrations, and editorial content are owned by Aether. AI-generated readings about your personal data are yours to keep and share personally. The underlying templates and prompt engineering remain ours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you used the site for free).

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
